Delete your account
You can delete your Nutrion account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete in the app
Sign in, open Profile and tap Delete account, then confirm. Your account, food diary, meal photos, weight, water and exercise records, and your subscription are removed in cascade (authentication, database, storage and Stripe).
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted: account, e-mail, quiz data, food diary, meal photos, water, exercise and weight logs, preferences and push subscriptions. Payment and tax records may be kept for the period required by law.
Can't access your account?
If you cannot sign in, request deletion (under the LGPD and GDPR) by e-mailing us from your registered address at: contato@donnoweb.com.br
