1. Data we collect

Nutrion collects account data (email, name), quiz data (sex, age, height, weight, goal), food photos, usage data, body and nutrition data, and cookie and analytics data.

2. How we use your data

Solely to calculate your calorie target, generate your meal plan, process payments and improve the product. Processing is based on the performance of our contract with you and on your consent.

3. Food photos

Stored securely in Firebase Storage and accessible only to the account holder. You can delete them at any time from the app.

4. Security

Data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) and encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Use the app settings or email contato@donnoweb.com.br. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Deleting your data

Request it through the app or by email. Data is removed within 30 days.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to run the app and anonymous analytics to improve the product.

8. International transfers

Data is processed on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers, which may be located outside your country. Transfers are covered by contractual safeguards providing an equivalent level of protection.
