1. Acceptance

By using Nutrion, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Free trial

7 free days from sign-up. After that period, billing for the selected plan starts automatically unless you cancel before it ends.

3. Automatic renewal

All plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Profile → Subscription.

4. Cancellation

Cancel in the app under Profile → Settings → Manage subscription, or by emailing contato@donnoweb.com.br. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

Via web (Stripe): reviewed case by case. Via Google Play or the Apple Store: subject to those platforms' policies. Any statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights available to you as a consumer in your country remain unaffected.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Nutrion for unlawful purposes, share your access, or attempt to circumvent the system's protections.

7. Intellectual property

All Nutrion content is owned by Donnoweb. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Nutrion is a nutrition support tool and does not replace guidance from a dietitian or doctor. Targets and estimates are approximations calculated from the data you provide.
